Josh Caldecourt is an experienced professional in commodity management and packaging development, currently serving as Sr. Commodity Manager at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions since July 2021, where the focus is on strategic sourcing for mechanicals, raw materials, and electronics. Prior to this role, Josh held multiple positions at Otter Products from October 2010 to July 2021, culminating in the role of Director of Global Commodities and Packaging Development, overseeing global commodity management and packaging project management. Earlier experiences include engineering roles at Avaya and Sun Microsystems, where packaging design and environmental testing were key responsibilities. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University.
