Ed's career at Elcam began in 1986 in the Secondary Machine Shop. He was promoted to Lead Worker in 1987, working with individuals in an area then known as the Work Activities Unit. Ed transitioned into the Quality Control Department in 1990, advancing to Supervisor, and eventually to Quality Manager. In 2003, he took over the responisbilities of Secondary Manager in the Secondary Machine Shop. In 2013, with over 10 years of experience in both quality and production, Ed resumed his previous position as Quality Manager. Ed's unique skillset is a valuable resource for the production, quality, and job quoting functions. Ed also volunteers his musical talents for the Elcam Gang in the Elcam Community Center.
