Marius Soicher possesses extensive experience in the field of software and systems engineering, holding various positions at Elbit Systems Ltd and its subsidiaries since 1998. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd since July 2012, Marius has previously worked as a Senior Software & System Consultant and Software Team Leader at Elbit Systems of Korea, as well as a Senior Software Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd, Software & System Consultant at Elbit Systems Singapore, and Software Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd. Marius holds an Executive MBA from the University of Haifa and a degree from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
