Aviram Shelly is an experienced Program Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd since November 2021, with a strong background in customer success and engineering management. Previous roles include ICL Customer Success Manager at GOARC, Production Engineering Manager at HP Indigo, and Senior Engineering Manager at AVT, where Aviram focused on product roadmap development, risk management, and customer relations. Aviram’s extensive experience also includes managing global R&D products and establishing engineering departments at Orbotech, where responsibilities spanned from product engineering to testing tools development. Aviram holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by a Real Time Programmer course from IBM.
