Avi Dror is a seasoned System Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd since August 2021, previously serving as a Water Resources Product Manager at Systematics Ltd. Solutions at work from November 2018 to September 2021. With extensive experience in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) from January 1998 to January 2018, Avi Dror held several leadership roles, including Head of Hydrography and Geo-Spatial Intelligence Branch in the IDF Navy, where responsibilities included managing R&D in hydrography and GIS, and coordinating with hydrographic organizations. Avi Dror also established the GIS working environment for the Navy's Hydrographic data and contributed to mapping and coastal research. Educational credentials include a PhD in Coastal Geomorphology and a Master's degree in Geology from the University of Haifa, along with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
