Kate Finn has over a decade of experience in education and training roles, currently serving as Training and Development Manager at ELB US Inc. since April 2019 and as Training and Development Lead at ELB Pty Ltd. since July 2015. In these positions, Kate develops and implements various training programs for both internal staff and customers. Previous roles include Team Lead for Professional Development, where Kate designed training for educators across America, and Education Consultant, assisting schools with technology integration. Kate began a teaching career as a Middle School Language Arts Teacher at Woodland Middle School and has experience as a substitute teacher and a Kindergarten teacher in Polk County. Kate holds a Master's degree in Education Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University and Bachelor's degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching and Linguistics from Ball State University.
