Suzanne Lakes is a seasoned technology expert with extensive experience in IT service management, risk oversight, and technology infrastructure. Currently serving as Vice President of IT Service Management and Reliability at Elavon Europe since January 2021, Suzanne focuses on building processes to meet new EU resilience regulation requirements. Prior to this role, positions included Technology Risk and Compliance Manager and Senior Manager of Operational and IT Risk at permanent tsb, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT risk analysts and overseeing first-line IT events and third-party vendor risk. Prior to permanent tsb, Suzanne held several key roles at Irish Life & Permanent, including Enterprise Projects & Architecture Manager, where successful virtualization programs were implemented, and Unix Services Manager. Suzanne holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin.
