Emina Poric is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and fraud analysis. Since June 2015, Emina has held multiple roles at Elavon Europe, including Fraud Analyst, Team Lead for Customer Service in Northern Europe, and Customer Service Advisor, primarily managing a Swedish portfolio. Prior to this, Emina served as Store Manager and Makeup Artist at The Body Shop from June 2007 to January 2013, and worked as a Butikkmedarbeider at Bokia AB from August 1997 to January 2002. Emina holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Malmö University, completed in 2007, and attended Hallsbergs Gymnasieskola from 1997 to 2000.
