Sidney Tang is a Staff Software Engineer at Elation Health since December 2016, with prior experience as a Software Engineer at Birst from July 2014 to December 2016, where key contributions included designing a new licensing system and enhancing the appliance UI using React/Redux. Sidney also built a cross-platform internal application with Electron and implemented features such as remote package updates. Earlier roles include an Engineering Intern at Birst, focusing on AWS integration, and a Software Engineering Intern at Cepheid, where data modeling was refined and workspaces were migrated to a new framework for performance improvements. Sidney holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2015.
