Sarai Israel, RHIT, CPC, serves as the RCM Operations Lead at Elation Health since March 2021, responsible for managing key aspects of revenue cycle management including billing and patient collections. Previously, Sarai worked as a PB Coder at LCMC Health, where duties involved applying diagnostic and procedural coding, maintaining charge review queues, and achieving daily charge goals. Prior experience includes roles as a Healthcare QA Specialist at DST Health Solutions, a Provider Enrollment Analyst at Cahaba GBA, and Medical Biller & Coder positions at both Princeton Baptist Medical Center and Med Express - Bear Creek Family Practice. Sarai holds an Associate of Science degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Ultimate Medical Academy, earned between 2011 and 2013.
