Marielle Reints has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Vice President of Legal and Deputy Corporate Secretary at Elastic since January 2017. In addition, Marielle is a Charter Member of TechGC since August 2021. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel and Deputy Corporate Secretary at AVG Technologies, Senior Company Lawyer at ATC Group, and various legal positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Royal Ahold, and Norton Rose. Marielle's educational background includes an MBA from Emory University, a Postdoc in Corporate Law from Grotius Academy, and an LLM from Leiden University, among other qualifications.
