Bob Paskow is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple prominent tech companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Commercial Legal at Elastic since January 2023, Bob oversees a global legal team responsible for company revenue, compliance, and procurement. Prior roles include Vice President and Head of Americas Legal at Databricks, where Bob was part of the Legal leadership team, and Vice President of Legal at Symantec, managing a large team focused on corporate value and compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Splunk, where Bob provided legal support for public sector contracts, and holding various legal positions at Symantec and Aspen Technology, emphasizing contract negotiation and compliance. Bob holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University.
