Phillip Gagen is the Head of Sales and Head of Major Accounts at Elastacloud. Phillip also holds roles as Program Manager and Agile Delivery Manager. Prior to their current position, Phillip served as a Senior Project Manager at the University of Derby and as an Implementation Manager at Serco. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Teesside University and a BSc Hons in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Derby. Phillip is also certified as a SCRUM MASTER by ILX GROUP.
