Daniel Queiroz has a diverse work experience, starting as an Estagiário at INNOVATIVE SOFTWARE in 2006 and progressing through various roles in different companies. Daniel worked as a Desenvolvedor de software at ICONN TECNOLOGIA from 2008 to 2009 and as an Analista de sistemas at Zênite Soluções em TI from 2009 to 2010.

Daniel then joined NeuroTech as an Analista de Dados in 2010 before transitioning to a Consultor Business Intelligence role at MSBS Tridea from 2012 to 2013. At Niteo Informática, they worked as a Consultor Business Intelligence from 2013 to 2014, focusing on designing and implementing Data Warehouse architectures, creating BI solutions using Power BI, and developing ETL solutions using SQL.

Their next position was at DQS Tecnologia, where they worked as a Senior Data Engineer from 2014 to 2021. In this role, they implemented DataBricks solutions, designed big data architectures, mentored teammates, and developed real-time streaming dashboards. Daniel also utilized AWS and Azure services to build event-driven data pipelines and maintain various Data Products.

Currently, Daniel is working at Elastacloud as a Senior Data Engineer since 2021. Daniel is responsible for building resilient data ingestion pipelines on Databricks using Scala and Python, designing and implementing architecture evolution, and creating data warehouses with Azure Synapse. Daniel is also skilled in implementing robust orchestration pipelines using Azure Data Factory and scalable data designs with Data Lake.

Daniel Queiroz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco, which they pursued from 2005 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Daniel became a Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals in April 2020 and a Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 in April 2022.
