Michael Dickey is an experienced aerospace and defense professional with a robust background in space strategy and operations. Currently serving as Founding Partner at Elara Nova since May 2023 and President of Inflection Space Strategies since August 2021, Michael Dickey focuses on navigating complexities in the space marketplace and advancing national security initiatives. Previously, Michael held key leadership roles within the United States Space Force and Air Force Space Command, defining space enterprise strategies and directing multiple organizations to enhance mission resilience. Earlier roles include directorships at Sierra Nevada Corporation, overseeing spacecraft strategies and engineering operations at the Aerospace Data Facility, as well as senior advisory positions with the US Joint Chiefs of Staff. Michael Dickey's educational credentials include advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering Sciences and National Security Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and Air War College.
