Melissa Rodas, PE, is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Elara Engineering since June 2021, with prior experience as an Electrical Engineer at Syska Hennessy Group from October 2018 to June 2021, where project management and client coordination were key responsibilities. Earlier, Melissa worked as a Power System Engineer at Eaton from June 2014 to September 2018, focusing on power systems analysis and customer engagement throughout projects. An initial experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Otis Elevator Company involved developing a new elevator fixture button communication device. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2014, and completed high school at John P. Stevens High School.
