Zach Hausauer, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zach currently holds the position of Director, Communications and Culture at Elara Caring, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to their current role, Zach worked as a Senior Communications Manager at Hill Physicians Medical Group from September 2021 to May 2023, where they managed the development and execution of network stakeholder communications. Zach has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as a Management Consultant at Donor Network West from July 2016 to September 2020. In this role, they successfully increased organ and tissue donor referrals and led the development of high-performing tissue donor hospitals.
