Tina Gonterman, MBA, BSN, RN has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Currently, they are the Regional Vice President of Hospice at Elara Caring since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Clinical Officer at Providence Care LLC from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2023, they served as a Senior Consultant at Simione Healthcare Consultants, LLC. Tina also held the position of Chief Clinical Compliance Officer at Envision Home Health and Hospice in 2021-2022. Before that, they worked as the Division Director at BAYADA Home Health Care from 2015 to 2019 and as a Senior Consultant at Simione Healthcare Consultants, LLC from 2014 to 2015. Tina's earlier experience includes the roles of Chief Clinical Officer/Regional Vice President at Loving Care Agency from 2007 to 2014, Regional Director at Deaconess Homecare/MCH Services from 2001 to 2007, Registered Nurse at Indianapolis Pediatrics from 1994 to 2001, and Registered Nurse at Indiana University Hospital - Riley Children's Hospital from 1984 to 1997.

Tina Gonterman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Administration, specializing in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management. Tina received this degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 2021. Prior to their MBA, Tina obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Indiana University Bloomington in 1985.
