Melanie Boles currently serves as the VP of Strategic Development at Elara Caring since September 2022, after holding the position of Area Sales Director at Care Hospice, Inc. from June 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included program and team development as well as ACO alignment. Prior experience includes Regional Director of Business Development for Life Care Centers of America from January 2014 to June 2021, covering key markets such as Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston Med Center. Previous roles also include Healthcare Liaison at Brookdale and Hospice Care Liaison at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, along with a tenure as Clinical Liaison at Encompass Health.
