Lindsey Childress has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in hospice sales and management. Lindsey is currently working as the Senior Area Vice President of Hospice Sales at Elara Caring since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Area Vice President of Hospice Sales at the same company from October 2020 until September 2023. From 2015 to 2020, Lindsey worked at New Century Hospice in sales management. Before that, they held the position of Director of Public Relations at A-Vow Hospice from 2011 to 2015. Lindsey'scareer in the healthcare industry began in 2008 when they worked at Serenity Hospice Claremore as the Director of Business Development until 2011.

Lindsey Childress earned an Associate's degree in Music Theory from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1999. Later, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western Governors University between 2019 and 2021.
