Dawn Ducote has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Dawn started their career in 1999 at CareCycle Solutions, where they worked as a Staff Nurse for ten years before being promoted to Branch Manager-RN. Dawn then joined Elara Caring in 1999 as a Regional Vice President of Operations, where they held a leadership role for many years. Currently, Dawn is employed at Jordan Health Service as a Regional Vice President of Operations since 2017.

Dawn Ducote received their Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Louisiana State University-Alexandria from 2006 to 2009.
