Ajay Bhatnagar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Ajay started their career at Bhatia International Ltd in 2009, where they held the role of Senior GM (Marketing) and was responsible for importing and marketing Non Coking Steaming Coal to various industries. Ajay then moved on to Sanghi Industries Ltd in 2010, where they served as the General Manager - Sales in the Mumbai region. In 2012, Ajay joined JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd as the Regional Head in Rajasthan. Ajay continued to progress within the company, taking on roles such as South Gujarat-Project Head, Head Key Account-Gujarat, and Head AAC Blocks JK Lakshmi Cement. In their most recent role at JK Lakshmi Cement, they were the Incharge of Central Gujarat Project Sales and successfully developed the AAC Blocks Business in the region. Ajay also gained experience at Elara Capital as a Business Specialist, SB Infra Trades and Consultant in the field of Infrastructure Material Business, and Coleman Research as a Business Consultant for Cement and Infra materials. Prior to joining Lynk in 2022 as a Business Consultant, Ajay worked as a Marketing Advisor at DURGA LAKSHMI MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED and as a Consultant at Third Bridge Group Limited. With their extensive experience in marketing, sales, and business development, Ajay Bhatnagar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role as a Business Consultant at Lynk.

Ajay Bhatnagar obtained their MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from Bundelkhand University, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Hindu College in Moradabad from 1982 to 1984, earning a B.Sc. degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Ajay'searlier education was completed at Holy Child School in Ghaziabad, India, where they obtained their ISCE degree in Science and Mathematics from 1980 to 1982.
