Heather Roemer is a highly accomplished marketing operations professional with extensive experience in the animal health industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Elanco since February 2015, Roemer has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, productivity enhancement, and interdepartmental communication. Previous roles at Elanco include Chief of Staff, Compliance and Operations Manager, Brand Manager, and Associate Brand Manager, where Roemer successfully managed compliance processes and launched key products. Prior to Elanco, Roemer held positions at Novartis Animal Health, where duties included Territory Sales Manager responsibilities, and earlier experience included assisting at the Wood County Humane Society and working as a Laboratory Technician. Roemer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bowling Green State University.
