Christos Konstantinou is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director of Business IT Operations and Chief of Staff at Elanco since May 2020. Prior to this, Christos held various positions at Eli Lilly and Company from September 2011 to June 2020, including Global Portfolio Optimisation Lead and Director of IT, where Christos drove digital transformation and established an in-house capability center in India for IT services. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles at Netsmart and technical analyst positions at Eli Lilly and KPMG, alongside military service as a Second Lieutenant. Christos holds an MSc in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Applied Information Technology from the University of Reading.
