Adina Schwartz has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Private Tutor until 2017 and also held the role of Student Registration Coordinator at the Zareinu Educational Centre of Metropolitan Toronto for a brief period in 2013. In 2014, they volunteered in the Emergency Department at NYU Langone Medical Center and served as the President of the Stern College for Women Physician Assistant Club. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Medical Assistant at the Cardiac Diagnostic Center. In 2018, they became the Practice Manager at PranaSpirit Nutrition & Wellness. Adina then joined Everly Health in 2019, initially as a Coordinator of Network Management before transitioning to roles such as Clinical Operations and Quality Specialist, Manager of Clinical Operations, and ultimately Sr. Manager of Clinical Operations. Finally, in 2022, Adina joined Elaborate as the Sr. Manager of Clinical Programming.

Adina Schwartz earned their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Yeshiva University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Adina further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining certification in Leading Healthcare Quality and Safety from The George Washington University in November 2020.
