Dave Wellons is a dedicated volunteer and seasoned professional with extensive experience in military operations and management. Since March 2020, Dave has volunteered at El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank, contributing to community service efforts, and has also been active at the El Paso Zoo since June 2019, focusing on wildlife preservation and animal care. Previously, Dave served as Deputy Director and Senior Test Manager at the Air & Missile Test Directorate, overseeing a team and managing test operations for the Army's air and missile defense systems. Dave also held leadership roles at the Integrated Test & Evaluation Directorate and the Fires Test Directorate, where responsibilities included planning and executing critical testing programs. Dave holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, a Master’s degree in Military Operations, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
