Ronda Richards Griffin is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in market development, resource strategy, financial planning, and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at El Paso Electric Company since March 2013, Ronda has held various senior financial analyst roles throughout the organization. Prior to El Paso Electric, Ronda gained extensive experience at Novamex in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury operations, and inventory management, as well as working as a Senior Cost Accountant at Helen of Troy. Ronda began the accounting career as a Staff Accountant II at Archstone Communities Trust. Academically, Ronda holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Graduate Certificate in Public Utility Regulation & Economics from New Mexico State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from New Mexico State University.
