Jon Wise has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jon began their career in 1985 as an Applications Developer at El Paso County. From there, they joined El Paso Electric Company in 1988 as a Senior Applications Developer, eventually becoming a Principal Engineer - Desktop Solutions. In 2007, they joined DYONYX as a Sr. Applications Analyst before returning to El Paso Electric Company in 2013 as a Sr. Human Resources Administrator. Currently, they hold the position of Principal HCM Administrator at El Paso Electric Company.

Jon Wise earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at El Paso between the years 1981 and 1985.
