Jesus Presa-Quiroz has extensive experience in Information Technology and project management. Jesus has worked at El Paso County as a Senior IT Project Manager and at The University of Texas at El Paso in various roles related to system integration, instructional design, and multimedia support. Jesus holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Systems Engineering.
