Marina Ortiz Cortés is an experienced journalist and event presenter with a diverse background in media. Currently serving as a Redactora at El Independiente since February 2023, Marina has a history of freelance work as a Presentadora de eventos since June 2018. Previously, Marina worked at ¡HOLA! from October 2015 to February 2023 as a Redactora y locutora, contributing to podcasts and covering news in international topics, television, and series. Marina also founded and served as the Redactor jefe of Recap Blog between September 2013 and September 2018, and has held various writing and editing roles at Agencia EFE, Diario El Comercio Asturias, Doble Sentido Interradio Tenerife, and FORBES España. Marina holds a Máster en periodismo transmedia from UNED and a Grado in Periodismo from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
