Karla Poblano is a Family Support Specialist at El Hogar del Nino since September 2020, bringing valuable experience in crisis intervention from a previous internship at SAFE HARBOR FAMILY CRISIS CENTER LTD, as well as experience working with youth through an internship at YMCA Knox County. Prior roles include serving as a Security Lead at Luna Security from May 2017 to September 2019 and as an Office Assistant at A.C. ADVISORY, INC in early 2016. Karla Poblano holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Service from Knox College, where attendance spanned from 2016 to 2020, and completed a high school diploma at Depaul College Prep from 2012 to 2016.
