Dan Perrine is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as the General Manager at El Gaucho Hospitality since July 2022 and at Bahama Breeze since February 2017. Perrine has previously held the role of General Manager at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza for a brief period in 2016 and served as Executive Kitchen Manager at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. from November 2012 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing restaurant operations and ensuring high-quality guest experiences. Earlier in their career, Perrine worked as an Executive Chef at Nordstrom from August 2004 to November 2012. Perrine is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy.
