Max Silverman is an experienced educator and program manager with a focus on college readiness and innovative teaching methodologies. Currently serving as Program Manager at EL Education since October 2022, Silverman previously held the position of Director of College Readiness at Yonkers Partners in Education from August 2018 to August 2021, where leadership involved managing a team and overseeing a comprehensive afterschool program that served over 650 students. Silverman's teaching background includes roles at the U.S. Department of State as a Fulbright Fellow, and experience in public schools as a long-term substitute and student teacher. Educational qualifications comprise an Ed.M in Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Bates College, complemented by further studies and hands-on experience in outdoor leadership.
