Jeff Kernen is a Principal Planner at El Dorado Hills Community Services District since August 2020, focusing on current planning activities such as reviewing permits, developing staff reports, and providing customer service. Prior experience includes roles as Planning and Development Manager, Interim Planning Director, and Planner at the City of Coburg from June 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive planning and development oversight.
