Kelly Peel is an experienced professional in human resources with a diverse background in payroll and finance. Currently, Kelly serves as a Human Resources Generalist at El Dorado Community Health Centers, having also held roles as Payroll/Finance Specialist and Human Resources Assistant since March 2020. Prior to this, Kelly gained valuable experience at Target, where roles included Human Resources Assistant and Guest Services Associate from October 2007 to the present. Kelly holds an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Folsom Lake College.
