Isabel Barbosa has been a People Analyst at El Corte Inglés Portugal since May 2005, where responsibilities include recruitment and selection, employee integration processes, internal training, performance evaluation, productivity analysis, payroll processing, and HR administrative tasks. Prior to this role, Isabel worked at Adecco from May 2001 to May 2005, starting as an Intern in Human Resources, progressing to a Human Resources Technician, and served as an Administrative Responsible for payroll processing and invoicing. Isabel holds a Licentiate degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade da Maia.
