Emilia Gavagnin has significant experience in logistics and data analysis within El.com, serving as an Impiegata ufficio logistica since October 2018, focusing on raw material procurement and continuous improvement activities in World Class Manufacturing (WCM). Previously, Emilia held the position of Analista junior, where responsibilities included data collection and analysis, as well as identifying inefficiencies in internal logistics flows. Emilia began professional experience with an internship in engineering at El.com in mid-2018, concentrating on energy waste analysis using the WCM model. Emilia holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Brescia, completed in 2019, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from the same institution, achieved in 2016, and a Scientific High School Diploma from Istituto Santa Maria degli Angeli, awarded in 2010.
