Marcos Olazabal is an experienced communications and talent management professional currently serving as the Communications and Digital Media Manager at El Centro de la Raza since June 2023. With a career spanning multiple roles, Marcos has held positions such as Creative Talent Strategist at MOM AGENCY from August 2019 to the present, and previously worked as a Housing Advocate at Byrd Barr Place from August 2021 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Creative Talent Manager at The Lions, Director of New Face Talent Strategy at New York Models, and Head of Global Talent Acquisitions at Elite Model Management. Marcos began a career in marketing and public relations with the Karpel Group in 2005, following a BBA in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, earned in June 2006.
