Liseth Zeledon has extensive experience in the management and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Site Manager at EL CAR WASH since November 2020. Progressing through multiple roles such as Sales Advisor and Assistant Manager, Liseth has overseen the launch of new locations and the training of employees across various sites, including four new managers and multiple Assistant Managers. Achievements include consistently exceeding sales goals and maintaining a capture rate over 20% for more than six months. Prior to EL CAR WASH, Liseth owned Tica Bakery LLC/El Chirripo Restaurant, where responsibilities included catering, private chef services, and managing restaurant operations from August 2005 to April 2019.
