Will H. has been in the software engineering industry since 2001. Will began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Spartanburg County Government, where they were the sole software engineer for numerous large and highly visible web applications. In 2007, they moved to Richland County Government as a Systems Analyst/Project Leader, where they maintained software written for use on the desktop and web. In 2011, they joined McKesson as a Software Engineer, where they were part of the WebStation for Physicians team. Will was then promoted to Senior Software Engineer, where they provided Tier3 and escalation support for customer software issues. Will was then promoted to Architect, where they refined drug-screening processes using First Databank and architected global SNOMED, ICD-9, and ICD-10 mapping solutions. In 2018, Will joined AvidXchange, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer, where they ensured changes to Avid's Payments software were implemented with minimal disruption. In 2020, they moved to AMTdirect as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed an accounting compliance tool hosted in Azure. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Ekos as a Principal Software Engineer, where they are instrumental in the architecture, design, and development of several new platforms utilizing Azure, ASP. NET Core, and Azure SQL.

Will H. received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics from Presbyterian College.
