Merel Van Ginderachter is a process engineer at EKOPAK since October 2022 and serves as both technology manager and human resources responsible at Humasol, a non-profit organization focused on making renewable technology and water accessible to all. Prior experience includes an internship at Provinciale Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Oost-Vlaanderen, where Merel compared BREEAM and LEED sustainable building certificates. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Bioscience Engineering: Environmental Technology from Ghent University, completed in June 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same university, obtained in June 2021. Earlier education includes a Middelbare School degree in Grieks-Wiskunde from Leiepoort campus Sint-Hendrik, completed in June 2017.
