Thomas Suckow has work experience in various roles and companies. Thomas started working at Thosu-Consulting in 2005 as the Unternehmensinhaber. In 2011, they joined eKomi Ltd. as a Senior Enterprise Sales professional. Since 2018, Thomas has been working at Kreativhaus E.V. as the Senior Director Digital Media. Kreativhaus is an NGO that provides a niche event place and offers various services such as seminars, theater groups, language courses, and consultation services for migrants.

Thomas Suckow completed their education at several institutions. Thomas attended Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, where they earned a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in the field of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen in 2002.
