Dr. Michael Kountze has worked as a Finance Manager at College Possible since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of CFO/Advisor at MakeWater.org and EcoGlobal LLC in 2019 and 2018 respectively. In addition, they have presented as a Guest Speaker at various conferences, including the Academic and Business Research Institute Conference in 2020, the Success and Failures in Telehealth Conference in 2019, and the Southwest Fulbright Symposium in 2019.

Dr. Michael Kountze obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College. Dr. Michael then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in General Management from the University of Colorado Denver. Later they earned a Doctor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance from the University of the Incarnate Word. Additionally, they have several certifications including a Financial Management Essentials Certificate Program from NonprofitReady, a Circular Economy Short Course from Austin Technology Incubator, a Certificate of Achievement from Dale Carnegie, and a Credit Risk Training Program from Moody's Investors Service. Dr. Michael also obtained a Microsoft Excel Assessment certification from LinkedIn. The start and end year for each of their degrees are not provided.
