Mart Vos has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. Mart is the Founder and CEO of Eko Investments, a company that provides a white-label solution for community banks and credit unions to offer digital investing. Before that, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer at True North Impact Investments. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Independent Full Stack Developer, creating trading algorithms and developing an interactive travel map during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mart also worked as a Management Consultant at UMS Group, where they prepared energy and utility companies for the energy transition. In 2014, they founded waterdichte-hoesjes.nl, a successful web shop selling phone accessories. Mart started their career as an Internet Trader, selling various products and eventually focusing on one specific product while starting a registered company.

Mart Vos has a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Groningen. Additionally, they have completed an Exchange Program in Business at Lund University School of Economics and Management. Mart Vos has also pursued several master's degrees, including an MSc in Management + Data Analytics from the Ivey Business School at Western University, an MSc in Management + CEMS MIM from the National University of Singapore, an MSc in Management + International Management (CEMS) from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, and an MSc in Management + Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
