Omar Rodriguez is an experienced technical sales professional with a strong background in engineering and renewable energy. Currently serving as a Technical Sales representative at EKO Instruments since October 2023, Omar previously held roles at Boviet Solar as a Sr. Technical Sales Specialist and Technical Sales Specialist from January 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Omar worked at Tigo Energy from June 2015 to January 2021 in various capacities including Training and Sales Engineer, as well as Technical Support Engineer at multiple levels. Early career experience includes a role as a Student Assistant at Santa Clara University School of Law from June 2011 to August 2014, where clerical tasks and customer service responsibilities were handled. Omar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, obtained from 2010 to 2014, and completed high school education at James Lick High School from 2006 to 2010.
