Katie Porter, PHRca, SHRM-CP, CWPC, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in total rewards, HR operations, and people management. Currently, as the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Eko Health since February 2022, Katie also serves as a Human Resources Consultant via Connery Consulting. Katie's prior roles include Director of People Operations at AGORUS, Director of Human Resources at Measurabl, and Director of Human Resources at Lighthouse Strategies, LLC. Significant achievements encompass establishing DEI&B programs, enhancing board diversity, implementing comprehensive compensation and engagement strategies, and driving leadership development initiatives. Katie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Human Resources Management Certification from California State University San Marcos.
