John Hughes has over 25 years of experience in the software development industry. John worked at Metron, Inc. from 1994 to 2000 as a Senior Software Analyst. In 2000, they joined e-know, Inc. as the Director of Software Development and has held this position ever since.

John Hughes earned a BS in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1987 and 1991. John then went on to receive an MS in Computer and Information Science from the University of Delaware between 1991 and 1994.
