Kimberlee Nathan has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People and Culture Business Partner at Eke Panuku Development Auckland since April 2019, where Kimberlee provides strategic leadership on people initiatives and focuses on Māori Outcome actions. Prior to this role, Kimberlee was a People & Culture Advisor, delivering operational guidance on various HR processes. Kimberlee's background includes serving as Operations Coordinator at Jet Cleaning Services, responsible for team leadership and human resource management, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Citizens Advice, overseeing HR transactional services for a large organization. Additional experience includes roles at MyRepublic NZ in sales management and customer service, as well as a brief role in telecommunications. Kimberlee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Waikato and a Certificate in Professional Legal Studies from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
