Lucy McLeod has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Deputy CEO and Chief Further and Higher Education Officer at EKC Group since June 2010. In this role, Lucy holds overall strategic responsibility for ensuring accessibility to East Kent College, focusing on marginalized groups such as the unemployed and learners with disabilities.
