Alice Heggie is a PhD student at the University of Dundee, focusing on young children's perceptions of the creative industries and future careers, starting in January 2024. In addition, Alice serves as the Group Head of Higher Education and Careers at EKC Group, overseeing higher education initiatives to enhance community aspirations in East Kent. Previous experience includes roles as the Skills Development Manager for Creative Estuary, and various positions at the University of Kent, including Recruitment & Outreach Administrator and Communications & Events Coordinator. Alice has also contributed to organizing significant events for IATEFL and has a strong educational background with degrees in English Language & Linguistics, Linguistics, and Career Management from institutions such as the University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University.
